Kay Stout nails the question of what Networking can and should mean in your career efforts.
She says it best by saying “For each of us, it will be how well to be want to be connected and with whom??? We want help from our friends – – but not all our friends. It is going to be an interesting journey for everyone.”

Kay Stout’s submission sums it up! Doesn’t it always seem to come back to basics? Building long lasting professional relationships are every bit as important as building solid friendships. You always need them. If you are working, it’s the best way to learn about different industries and prospective companies. If you’re involved in fundraising efforts for a non-profit or another cause, it can make the difference of making it a success or a failure.
